Mulled wine

I don’t use my InstantPot religiously, but for this I do. Takes an 8th of the time with the same amazing flavor, and I don’t have the adulting skills of putting something in the crockpot before work.

1. 1 cup Butter (partially melted)
2. 1/2 cup White Sugar
3. 2 cups All-purpose Flour
4. 4 Eggs
5. 1 1/2 cup White Sugar
6. 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
7. 2 juiced Lemons
