I like really healthy yet tasty food! I'm transitioning from lacto-vegetarian to a vegan diet at the moment, so I will often give a vegan as well as dairy option. I don't use any garlic or onions but a root powder from India called hing or asoefetida (which you can source from Indian grocers - inbox me for details if you are in the Cape Town area - or you can use sauteed garlic and onion if you like). I hope we can inspire each other on this culinary journey.
By the way: for those who are not used to metric measurements - teaspoon = 5 ml / tablespoon = 15 ml / cup = 250 ml / half cup = 125 ml / quarter cup = 62,5 ml / 1 kg = 2lb 3.2 oz
