Cooking Instructions

Take all purpose flour, oil and salt in bowl.

Mix all of them. Then add water gradually and knead it to form a dough. And let it rest for 10 minutes.

Now add boiled chick peas, chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, coriander and green chilli in a bowl.

Now add salt, chaat masala and lemon juice in it. You can add flavors of your own choice.

Now mix all of it well.

Now knead the dough again and took a small paira then roll it with rolling pin and prick it with a fork.

Now take a steel bowl or barf kola and put the rolled dough on it and stick it well. Then press the corners well to stick it on the bowl.

Then add the steel bowl in the heated oil to fry it. When katori started to change it's colour then it will leave the bowl. Then take the bowl out carefully with a picker.

Then turn the katori to fry the sides and inside part of it. When it's golden brown then take it out from the pan. Make katori of your own choice and size.

Now, take a katori and fill it with chana chaat which is made earlier. Then add green sauce on it. Add tamarind (imli) water if you want. Then add paapri and coriander at the top. Katori chaat is ready. Tadaaaaa
