Cooking Instructions

Take 4 cups water and 1tsp salt then boil it after that add 2 cups sweet corn stir and boil it for 2 minutes. Drain off.

Now take sweet corn and add 1/4th cup cornflour, 1/4th cup rice flour, 1tbsp maida, 1/4th tsp black pepper, 1/4th tsp salt all ingredients mix gently and coated well.

Transfer in the sieve and remove excess flour after that deep fry the coated sweet corns on medium flame in hot oil and stir regularly up to golden and crisp. Drain off.

Now take fried sweet corn in a bowl add 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1/4th tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp amchur powder,1/4th tsp salt, 2 tbsp onion 2 tbsp capsicum and coriander leaves finely chopped. Mix well and in the last add 1tbsp tomato ketchup.

Crispy corns are ready to eat.
