  1. 1 kgchicken legs
  2. 1 cupmilk
  3. 1 tbsRed chilli powder
  4. To tastesalt
  5. 1/2 tbsgarlic powder
  6. 1/2 tbsginger power
  7. 1 tbsonion powder
  8. 4 tbssoy sauce
  9. 4lemon (juice)
  10. 1 tbsmustard paste
  11. 1 tbschilli sauce
  12. 1/2 tbscumin powder
  13. 1/2 tbspcoriander powder
  14. Dry coating
  15. 2 cupMaida
  16. 1/2red chilli flakes
  17. To tasteSalt
  18. 1/2 tbsginger garlic powder
  19. 1 tbschicken powder
  20. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a bowl and mix all ingredients of section one in chicken. And marinate for 4 to 6 hours in a refrigerator.

    Now take a plate and add all ingredients of section 2.

    Take another bowl of cold water.

    Take a chicken leg and mix with dry coating now put leg in cold water then again mix with dry coating. Now fry gently for 12 to 15 minutes. First 5 minutes fry on full flame and next 10 minutes fry on low to medium flame.
