Ingredients

1/2 tspgarlic powder
1 tspground ginger
1/4 tsppepper
1/2 cupsoy sauce
1 1/2 cuppineapple juice
6chicken thighs, legs or wings

Steps

Mix all ingredients in a bowl or plastic zipper bag, place chicken in bag with mixture and marinate at least 4 hours or over night.

Bake or Grill chicken. (Grill for best results)
