No-Knead Bread [Fluffy Bread] No-Knead Bread [Fluffy Bread]
This easy recipe creates a super soft and fluffy bread, and you will not believe it is made without kneading! Here I am creating a no-knead bread version of butter sugar bun. It's possible if you prefer not to add the butter and sugar topping. You will still end up with a tasty fluffy bread loaf. Spoonful Passion -
Standard Shokupan - Plain Bread Loaf Standard Shokupan - Plain Bread Loaf
I wanted to eat delicious, freshly baked bread at home, so I started making this.I don't have any hints in particular...but, if I have to add one, the key to a light and bouncy finish is to knead it thoroughly and properly to start with. (I wrote more than 5 minutes, but ideally you want to knead it about 10 minutes.)You can use condensed milk instead of honey for a different flavor. For loaf pan: 18 x 8 x 6 cm [7 x 3 1/4 x 2 1/4 in]. Recipe by keromido cookpad.japan -
Bread in an Afternoon Bread in an Afternoon
I kept trying out no-knead recipes but they didn't work for me. I don't know why, still. And then came the day I was broke, no bread but I sure had plenty of bread flour! And yeast. I also had a bread recipe for a quick French bread, butt it required 3 1/2c of flour for 2 loaves of bread! I wanted a round loaf and quick results, with minimal kneading and pretty much what the no-knead recipes did: one pot convenience with a beautiful result! Can beggars be choosers?! I think they can! Try this recipe and let me know! It takes a total of 3 hrs, NO more!Iluminameluna

Simple and Budget-Friendly Soft Bread Rolls with All-Purpose Flour Simple and Budget-Friendly Soft Bread Rolls with All-Purpose Flour
Achieved 100 recipe reviews on July 7, 2008! You can easily bake soft and fluffy bread using only all-purpose flour. Freezes well too!The story behind this recipe: With recent price increases, I was hesitant to use a lot of bread flour... I prefer my bread rolls soft, so I tried making them with only all-purpose flour (huge success!!). If you want to save even more, you can replace the egg with water! satosayoTranslated from Cookpad Japan -
Back to Basics! Easy Round Bread Rolls Back to Basics! Easy Round Bread Rolls
Bread prices are rising, so I created this recipe to make delicious and inexpensive rolls.Treat the dough gently so as not to damage it. Gently massage it rather than kneading it. Let the rolls cool down before eating. To enjoy the rolls more than two days after baking, let them cool down completely and freeze. Defrost at room temperature. If you try to defrost or warm them up in the microwave they will harden. Recipe by Choco makaron cookpad.japan -

Adzuki Bean Bread (Using a Bread Maker) Adzuki Bean Bread (Using a Bread Maker)
One Cookpad user wrote that when she added water from a can of boiled adzuki beans to the bread, it tasted like an adzuki bean ice cream bar, so I wanted to try making it. I decided to combine the adzuki bread with some matcha bread dough. I played with different amounts of canned adzuki beans and water, and unexpectedly came up with a good combination, so I uploaded it.I think the amount of water in the adzuki beans varies slightly from maker to maker. After the bread maker starts the kneading process, open the lid and be ready to add some milk if necessary. There isn't much green tea dough, so you can knead it well while keeping an eye on the bread maker. Even when I made 1.5 loaves with just ◎, it turned out to be a rather delicious bread.
