Place all ingredients except the milk into a mixer. Mix on the lowest setting, gradually adding the milk. Once the dough is well combined, switch to setting 2.

Mix until the dough is smooth. When you knead the dough, it should look like this, which means it's ready.

Divide the dough into 225 g portions. Shape each portion into a ball and place 4 balls into each mold. Let the dough rise for 40-50 minutes or until it doubles in size.

Bake at 200°C (about 390°F) for 30-35 minutes.
