Cooking Instructions

Wash the chicken properly and keep aside

Heat oil in a wok

Add all the kadhe masale, let them sputter for a minute and then add sliced onions... Mix well

Add garlic ginger paste and mix well

Add kasuri methi. Mix and cook until onions gets soft and golden brown in color

When onions start turning golden brown in color

Add spices: Red chilli powder+ salt+ turmeric powder

Mix curd and chicken masala and make a paste... Pour this paste into the chicken.. Mix

Now add tomato puree...mix and cook until oil separates

When oil separates

Add chicken.. Mix well

Add slit green chillies.. Mix well. Cover and cook until oil separates and chicken gets soft and properly cooked

Transfer in a serving bowl.Garnish with coriander leaf and enjoy with rumali roti and rice
