Ingredients

  4. 2,Dal chinni big pieces
  5. 1 bay leaf
  6. 1 cupCarrot chopped
  7. 1 cupPeas
  8. 1 cup Potato chopped
  9. 1 cupOnion chopped
  10. 1 cupBeans chopped
  11. 1 cupcauliflower
  12. 1 cup Tomato chopped
  13. 1 cupCapsicum chopped
  14. 1/2 cup Ginger ,Garlic paste
  15. 4 tablespoonscoriander powder
  16. 2 tablespoonred chilli powder
  17. 1 tablespoonTurmeric powder
  18. 2 tablespoongaram masala powder
  19. as per tasteSalt
  20. 4 tablespoonOil
  21. 1 cupcurd
  22. as needed coriander leaves
  23. 1 tablespoonJeera
  24. 1 glassRice
  25. As neededWater

Cooking Instructions

    Saute the spices in oil

    Now add chopped onions

  3. 3

    Now add chopped tomatoes, ginger, garlic, paste and chopped capsicum.

    Add 4 tablespoon coriander powder

    Now add peas 1 cup, 1 cup chopped potatoes, 1 cup chopped carrots

    Now add 1 cup cauliflower, 1 cup chopped beans

    Add 2 tablespoon redchilly powder,1 tablespoon turmeric and salt as per taste

    Add 1small glass water and boil all the vegetables and spices.

    Let the gravy become thick add 1 cup curd and garam masala 2 tablespoon

    The vegetable gravy is ready

    Take a pressure cooker in tat add 1 tablespoon ghee, 1 glass of rice,jeera 1 tablespoon and coriander leaves.

    Add 2 glass of water and salt as per taste and cook the rice.

    The cooked rice is ready and vegetables gravy is also ready mix them both well.

    Vegetable Biryani ready to serve.
