Grilled chicken tikka ciabatta

Ingredients

  1. 200 glettuce
  2. 100 mlmayonnaise
  3. 4ciabatta bread
  4. 50 gsliced round tomatoes
  5. 50 gred onion
  6. Grilled chicken tikka fillet
  7. 4chicken fillets
  8. 200 mlyoghart
  9. 30 gKashmiri chillie powder
  10. 30 gcrushed ginger and garlic
  11. 20 gsalt
  12. 10 gturmeric powder
  13. 10 gjeera powder
  14. 30 gpaprika
  15. 50 mloil

Cooking Instructions

    In a medium mixing bowl, add the yoghart, chillie powder, crushed ginger and garlic,salt, turmeric, jeera and paprika,mix well and add the oil and give a good stir

    Marinate the chicken fillets in the tikka mixture and grill on a baking tray for 10-15 minutes

    Leave aside to cool

    Next cut the ciabatta bread in halves amd place a good amount off mayo

  5. 5

    Start layering the lettuce, tomato and red onion

  6. 6

    Place the cook fillet in the center

  7. 7

    Cut in halves and enjoy

  8. 8

    TIP* Using different colors of lettuce will make the ciabatta rolls more appealing
