Clean, boil and peel the sweet potatoes you can also use steam method.

Add condensed milk

Add margarine

Blend. Mix all ingredients thoroughly

Mold it using your hands and

Roll it in plate or any even, cleaned and sanitized surface.

Roll in dessicated coconut. Serve

You can also chill it first before serving.
