Ingredients

  1. 100 gramsgarlic (peeled)
  2. 50 gramsginger chopped into pieces
  3. 50 gramsgreen chillies
  4. 2 tbspnOil
  5. 4-5 tbspnWater

    Place the ginger, garlic and chillies in the blender.

    Add the oil and water and process, first at low speed until you have a paste, and then at a higher speed until the paste is quite smooth.

    Store the paste in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for up to four weeks.

    For long-term storage place one-tablespoon-size servings of the ginger garlic chillies paste in ice cube trays, pop out the cubes when frozen, and store in a freezer-safe bag.
