Ingredients

2 mins prep 25 mins cook
2 portions
  1. 200 grwhite fish i used pangasius as so cheap and easy to get
  2. 2 tbspchopped freash ginger
  3. 1 TspMirin
  4. 1 TbspLight Soy
  5. 4Garlic Cloves Crushed
  6. To Serve:
  7. 1Spring onion Finely Chopped
  8. 1 BunchFresh Coriander Finely Chopped - about 1/4 cup

Steps

2 mins prep 25 mins cook

    Pre heat oven to 180c

  2. 2

    Take a large pc of Foil about 60 cm by 35 cm (approx) in the bottom half put everything apart from the herbs then fold down the top half and fold in all the sides to seal like and envelope I do 2 times about 1cm per time.

    Cook on middle shelf (I put on baking sheet as easier to handle hot) for 25 mins. I take it to the table with the chopped herbs in a small bowl and open so everyone can smell how amazing when open the packet. Sprinkle on the herbs and eat immediately with a squeese of fresh lemon or lime and some white rice. AMAZING :P

Well I started with Cookpad during Covid....... Guess alot of us did, Amazing Site great to share with passitionate people. I have no formal training but have eaten in some of the best fine dinning restraunts in the world and also learnt from My mum and Grandma with "a pinch of" and "about a handfull" - if we share we love.
