I always like asian style eating 2 or 3 dishes with rice. This amazing quick and simple fish dish is perfect with a crispy pork dish or just on its own. 20 mins and your done :P ENJOY :P

I always like asian style eating 2 or 3 dishes with rice. This amazing quick and simple fish dish is perfect with a crispy pork dish or just on its own. 20 mins and your done :P ENJOY :P

Pre heat oven to 180c

Take a large pc of Foil about 60 cm by 35 cm (approx) in the bottom half put everything apart from the herbs then fold down the top half and fold in all the sides to seal like and envelope I do 2 times about 1cm per time.

Cook on middle shelf (I put on baking sheet as easier to handle hot) for 25 mins. I take it to the table with the chopped herbs in a small bowl and open so everyone can smell how amazing when open the packet. Sprinkle on the herbs and eat immediately with a squeese of fresh lemon or lime and some white rice. AMAZING :P
