Very Nutritious and Very Easy Kale & Cheese Salad

I found some kale at a farmer's market. I tried stir-frying and boiling it, but something was missing. I tried using it in various ways and finally settled on this fresh kale salad. This salad is a standard dish in my home.
The flavor of the kale will change depending on the location and season, so adjust the amounts of seasonings accordingly. Recipe by Kurijazz
