Soak the tapioca in boiling water, stirring occasionally for 10-20 mins until soft then drain.

In the meantime, cut the mangos in cubes. Blend 1 mango with coconut water and cut the other one in cubes.

In a pot, combine the coconut cream on low heat, then add in the tapioca, sugar, and salt, letting it simmer for around 10 mins.

Add in the mango blend and mango chunks, letting it simmer for another 2 mins.

Let the mixture cool then serve!
