Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgram flour (Besan)
  2. 1/4 tspsalt
  3. 1 tspbaking soda
  4. PinchAjwain
  5. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add Besan.

    Add salt, baking soda

  3. 3

    Add water into it and mix it with the help of whisk to prepare the batter then add Ajwain.

    Mix well. Keep mixing the Besan so that there are no lumps in it. After preparing the batter keep it aside for 10 minutes.

    Take a karahi add oil. When the oil is hot take the ladle (ladle with sieve) pour the batter in the ladle. You will see that the batter will automatically fall in the oil. Frying medium flame.

    After frying take them out from the oil and place over kitchen towel to absorb the excess oil.

  7. 7

    Boondi to cool down completely and then store it in air tight container.
