Air Fryer Loaded Chicken Taquitos

Crunchy creamy yummy goodness!! This recipe includes a creamy jalapeño cilantro sauce that put these taquitos over the top. Pair it with your favorite recipe for pico and guac and your favorite Mexican side dish.
Air Fryer Loaded Chicken Taquitos
Crunchy creamy yummy goodness!! This recipe includes a creamy jalapeño cilantro sauce that put these taquitos over the top. Pair it with your favorite recipe for pico and guac and your favorite Mexican side dish.
Cooking Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 390. Mix all Spices for chicken together and liberally season front and back of the chicken breast.

Drizzle olive oil in a pan over medium high heat. Cook chicken breast on both sides for 4-5minutes. Be sure to not over cook your chicken.

Chop chicken finally using a food processor or by hand if desired. Mix and shredded cheese.

Heat tortillas in a microwave for 60 seconds to make them more pliable. You may also heat them in a pan.

Place two tbs of chicken mixture inside of tortilla and roll tightly. Secure with a toothpick if needed. Lightly brush with olive oil.

Cook in air fryer for six minutes until golden brown.

Mix all ingredients for sauce in a food processor or blender. Season with salt and pepper to taste

Remove taquitos from air fryer. Top with jalapeño cilantro sauce guacamole and pico de gallo. Garnish with cojita cheese.
