Take Besan in a sifter and sieve it.

Prepare a thin batter of besan, baking soda and water.

Take oil in a kadai. It should be hot but moderate. This will be used for deep frying.

Take a slotted spoon or ladle. Position it over the oil leaving little gap. Pour some batter and start spreading the batter over the ladle.

Fry the boondis till crispy.Another side mix sugar and water and make 1 string chashni

Add the boondis in the chasni or sugar syrup. And the sweet boondis are ready 😍
