料理步驟

Frozen bananas into the freezer for 15 minutes, peeled and cut into small pieces. Wash strawberries, cut off the stem head, cut half

The banana and strawberries into the blender, along with yogurt, stir

As not sweet enough, add a little honey. As is too thick add a little milk

Also use other fruit, with banana milkshake can make thick, delicious and healthy!

I choose to use Carrot as it can provide us beta-carotene and our body can convert it into vitamin A which is good for our eye health and immune system. Banana is comparetively lower in GI (glycemic index) which means that it releases their sugars into the bloodstream slowly after digestion. It can lower the risk of developing diabetes related complications. It is also a good source of vitamins, minerals and fibre which keeps our bowels and body healthy.Also I choose Low fat chocolate frozen yoghurt into this recipe. 牛油果其實和牛油兩字沒有直接關係,不要再誤解它, 讓我們來看看它的營養價值。半個牛油果大約有680kJ, 而半個中型蘋果大約有120kJ, ,雖然熱量比較高, 但牛油果超過2/3是不飽和脂肪, 屬於好脂肪. 不飽和脂肪能夠保持心臟健康和有助於改善體內的新陳代謝, 因為牛油果能降低 LDL膽固醇 「壞膽固醇」,但同時增加HDL膽固醇 「好膽固醇」。牛油果還有豐富的的鉀質和纖維(4g/100g), 維他命C,E, K,硫胺素和抗氧化劑. 牛油果的綠色和黃色來自天然抗氧化色素葉綠素和類胡蘿蔔素 ,對保持眼睛健康起著重要的作用。豆漿也能夠為我們提供鈣質和蛋白質, 但與牛奶相比,豆漿含有較少的鈣質,建議大家選取加鈣豆漿。喜歡的請給我訂閱,留言或者轉發吧:) Who loves Avocado? Avocados are high in good fat and vitamins and minerals ,such as vitamin B, C ,E, K also magnesium and potassium .Good fat is important to your body as it helps to build the cell membrane and it helps your body to absorb fat soluble vitamins .20-35 % of your daily calorie intake should be from your dietary fat. Good fat means monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats. They can lower your cholesterol level and reduce the risk of heart disease. Good fat can be found from avocado ,seafood ( eg salmon ,tuna ), plant based oil(eg olive oil, canola oil ) also margarine and nuts or seeds.The green and yellow colours of avocados come from the natural antioxidant pigments chlorophyll and carotenoids . These orange and yellow colours are fat soluble and play important roles in maintaining eye health. Soy milk provided us protein. Protein is very important to us as 20% of our bodies are made by proteins. However, comparing to cow milk, soy milk contains less calcium. It is better to choose calcium fortified soy milk .
