  1. 75 grmezzelune
  2. 100 grboiled chicken breast, sliced
  3. 1 handfulspinach
  4. 1/2 handfulmushroom
  5. 1garlic clove, minced
  6. 2 tbscooking cream
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. 1 pinchpepper
  9. 2 tbsshredded cheddar
  10. 1 tbsolive oil

Cara Membuat

    Boil the mezzelune for 4-minutes in a bowl of water and olive oil. Once it cooked, save a ladle of the water, drain the mezzelune, and set them aside.

    Saute the minced garlic and mushroom with olive oil on a pan until it soft. Add a ladle of pasta water, cooking cream, salt, and pepper. Check the taste

    Once it boiled, add the boiled chicken breast, mezzelune, spinach, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix them well until the spinach is cooked and the cheese is melted.

    Turn off the stove, serve on a plate
