Bahan-bahan

  1. 1 buahkelapa parut yang tidak terlalu tua
  2. 300 gramtepung beras
  3. 600 mlsantan kelapa
  4. 1 sdmgaram halus
  5. 1 sdmgula pasir

Cara Membuat

  1. 1

    Siapkan wadah untuk membuat kue pancong atau gandos

  2. 2

    Rebus santan kelapa sampai mendidih,aduk agar tidak pecah santannya lalu sisihkan

  3. 3

    Masukkan tepung beras n kelapa parut n garam aduk rata supaya semua bahan tercampur menjadi adonan

  4. 4

    Masukkan santan yang direbus tadi kedalam tepung beras tadi sambil sedikit demi sedikit diuleni

  5. 5

    Panaskan cetakan kue gandos atau pancong,lalu masukkan 1 adonan secukupnya

  6. 6

    Bila sudah matang angkat n tiriskan kedalam piring

  7. 7

    Siap disajikan
