Ingredients

  1. 1 cupall-purpose flour
  2. 8-10baby Potatoes
  3. 1/2 cupgreen peas (boiled)
  4. 2tomatoes pureed
  5. 1/2 tspoon ginger paste
  6. 2green chillies chopped
  7. To tastesalt and sugar
  8. 1 tspoon turmeric powder
  9. As neededoil for frying
  10. As neededwater for dough
  11. 1 tspoon whole jeera
  12. 1whole red chilli
  13. 1bay leaf
  14. 2-3whole garam masalas

Cooking Instructions

    Make a soft dough adding salt and oil with the flour and keep aside

    Now add oil in a pan add jeera,bay leaf red chilli and whole garam masalas

  3. 3

    Now fry the potatoes with salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Add tomato and ginger paste mix well

  5. 5

    Now add green peas and red chilli powder and cover for a while

  6. 6

    Remove from heat and keep aside

  7. 7

    Heat a wok add oil

  8. 8

    Take small portion of the dough and make balls

  9. 9

    Make shapes of Puri and fry

  10. 10

    Serve it with dum aloo
