Ingredients

  1. 200 gmboiled potatoes
  2. 1/2 cupboiled peas
  3. 1/2 cuptomato puree
  4. 1 tspcumin seeds
  5. 1bay leaf
  6. 1 tspginger paste
  7. 1 tsproasted masala powder
  8. 2 cupflour kneaded

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seeds and bay leaf

  2. 2

    Add Potatoes and saute until brown

  3. 3

    Add ginger paste,tomato puree and saute for a few minutes

  4. 4

    Now add the roasted masala powder and saute for a few minutes

  5. 5

    Now add sugar and stir well

  6. 6

    Prepare Puri out of the dough and serve with dum aaloo
