Ingredients

  1. 2 cupscrumbled vanilla cake sponge
  2. 4 tbspsstrawberry jam
  3. 3/4 cupchopped dark chocolate
  4. 2 tbspextra virgin coconut oil
  5. 1 tbspbutter
  6. 2 tbspsSprinkles
  7. 10toothpicks

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Melt the dark chocolate with oil and butter on a double boiler or microwave and keep stirring at regular intervals till melted.

    Mix the jam in the cake crumbs.Make small balls and put a tooth prick.

    Keep a parchment ready. Dip the pops in the melted chocolate then cover gaps all-over with a spoon. Sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles.

    Place on a parchment. Refrigerate.
