Easy rumpsteak with adapted chimmichurri sauce for meat lovers.
Steps

Chop the parsley and garlic finely to be added to the sauce.

To prepare the sauce add all the ingredients but the olive oil to a bowl or pot and mix them well.

Add the olive oil and mix it very well and reserve.

With the meat on room temperature season it with salt.

Prepare a cooking tin with aluminum foil and pre heat the oven to 180C.

In a frying pan out some olive oil and heat it in high heat until oil reaches smoking point and add the Steak.

Fry it from 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Transfer the steak to the cooking tin and put it in the oven let it cook for 8 to 10 minutes.

After cooking in the oven you can let the steak rest inside the aluminum foil for some minutes more to improve the flavor or finish it straight away. Cut it in thin slices and add the sauce and it is ready to be served.
