सबसे पहले हमने दूध को उबाला और 5 मिनिट ठंडा होने पर निम्बू का रस डालेंगे.

बाद में दूध को चलाते रहेंगे और हमारा नरम छेना तैयार है अब छेने का पानी निकाल देंगे और ठंडा पानी डालेंगे.

अब अच्छे से पानी निकाल कर चने को 10 मिनिट के लिए हाथ से मैश करेंगे.
- 4
बाद में चीनी रोज एसेंस मिलायेंगे. और सन्देश बनाएंगे.
- 5
तैयार हे रोज सन्देश ये यम्मी और स्वादिष्ट.
