Noodles - healthy in every sense. I have made this recipe taking inspiration from the ideology of " go local". These noodles are made in a small village in Maharashtra. The noodles are made of ragi, jowar bajra rice and wheat flour. I have made these using no preservative at all.

  1. 300 gmulti grain noodles
  2. 350 gvegetables like spring onion,capsicum, corn, carrot, cabbage
  3. 10 clovesgarlic minced
  4. 1/2 inchginger minced
  5. Green chillies minced
  6. 1/2 tsppepper powder
  7. 1 TSPsalt
  8. 2 tbspoil
  9. Juice of half a lemon
  10. Water for boiling

    Keep water for boiling for cooking the noodles

    Cut the vegetables finely.

  3. 3

    In a wok heat oil and add minced garlic, ginger, chillies. Followed by the veggies.

    Stirfry the veggies well on medium to high flame.

  5. 5

    Now switch off the gas of the water once it starts boiling. Add the noodles. And cover them.

    Next add salt and pepper to the veggies. Mix well.

    Add the noodles (which are now soft) to the veggies. Mix well with a fork.

    Add lime juice to get a tangy flavour.

    सर्व्ह when hot.
