Ingredients

15 minutes
6-8 paratha
  1. 1radish grated
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 1 tablespoonred chilli powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  5. 2 tablespoonchopped coriander
  6. Half tablespoon salt
  7. 1 tablespoongaram masala
  8. 2 tablespoonoil
  9. 2 cupwheat flour

Cooking Instructions

    Take one radish Wash it thoroughly and great it then squeeze it and remove water then take kadai and keep it on medium flame and oil and then add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and make a tadka

    Add chopped onion and stir it till it become transparent now add grated radish in it then add all spices and mix it well also add coriander salt as per test and then keep plate for 5 minutes then switch off the flame and add wheat flour in it.

    Make a dough and keep it for rest for 5 minutes then take a small portion and make a paratha

    Roast this paratha from both side and सर्व्ह it with curd, sauce
