Cooking Instructions

In a bowl add your all purpose flour

In a sufuria, heat up milk and water to be lukewarm in temperature.

Add in sugar and salt and mix

Add a little bit of oil and knead to incorporate the oil and form a dough ball. Cover and let the dough rest for 30 minutes

After 30 minutes roll out the dough and make chapati balls. Cover and let it rest for another 30 minutes

Add the milk and water mixture into the dry ingredients as you knead. Add in the milk and water a little at a time as you knead till the dough becomes firm and non-stick.

Repeat the steps again until all chapati balls are rolled out and cooked. Finally serve your chapati's with your preferred stew.

Next roll out each dough at a time as you roll out to about 1cm thickness

Heat up your pan then place the rolled out chapati. Let it cook on one side turn then apply some bit of oil, then turn on the other side and apply some oil then let it cook till ready.
