Ingredients

  1. 2 big cupsMacaroni
  2. 2 tspsoya sauce
  3. 1 tspblack pepper
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1big Shimla mirch
  6. 2big carrots
  7. 2big onions
  8. 1 packetMaggi masala
  9. 1/2 tsp. ajinomoto
  10. 2 tbsp. vinegar
  11. 2 tbsp. ketch up
  12. As required Optional garlic if required

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan and pour 2 glasses of water and 2 cups of Macaroni in it for boiling. Add 1 spoon salt and 1 spoon refined in it.

    After boiling take off the Macroni from the gas and put under d running cold water so that it could not be sticky..

    Now we take pan pour 1 tbsp refined and add Rai 1 teaspoon, add 2 big onion, fry little bit then add carrot and shimla mirch into it. Fry for a while only.

    Now we add 2 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tspn vinegar, 1 TSP black pepper,1 spoon salt, 1 small packet of Maggi masala. After this now we add boil Macroni into it fry for a little bit. So here our Macroni is ready.
