Prep the cucumbers night before. Add ingredients to a bowl and mix. Let sit overnight.

Add shrimp to Ziplock bag. Add Japanese barbecue sauce until it covers shrimp. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Add avocado oil to hot skillet. Add shrimp to skillet. Cook on each side for 2-3 minutes or until sides begin to brown

Steam edamame

Steam sticky rice

Add all ingredients to bowl and top with Japanese barbecue sauce and sriracha.
