Ingredients

  1. 1 cupchopped cabbage
  2. 1/4 cupchopped onion
  3. 1chopped green chilli
  4. 1/2 cupgrated potato
  5. as per tastesalt
  6. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  7. 1/3 tspcumin seeds
  8. 1.5 tspcooking oil
  9. 2eggs

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add cabbage, potato, green chili, onion, salt, pepper powder, cumin seeds and mix well.

    Add eggs. Mix well

  3. 3

    Heat oil on tawa. Add egg cabbage mixture. Fry in low flame for 2.5 minutes.

    Then put on plate Then flip it on tawa. Again fry for 2.5 minutes.

    Ready to serve.
