  • 4boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 cupghee
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Elaichi powder
  • as requiredKesar
  • 5 tablespoonsdry fruits

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Add ghee in a thick bottom pan. Now add boiled mashed potatoes. Sauté for 15 minutes.

    When potatoes are done add sugar and again sauté when ghee comes out your Halwa is done.

    Add Kesar Elaichi powder and dry fruits. Mix all well and serve. Decorate with rose petals.
