Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgcarrots
  2. 1 inch ginger
  3. 2 tbspsugar (optional)
  4. 3 tsplemon juice
  5. 2 glassescold water
  6. 1 pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and peel the carrots and ginger. Chop them in pieces.

  2. 2

    In a blender jar add the chopped carrots and ginger with 3/4 cup water, blend it to a smooth puree. Strain it in a large bowl,add lemon juice, sugar,salt and 2 glasses of cold water mix well.Serve & enjoy
