I bought lots of green grapes. So I think of making raisins.
It takes 3-4 days to sun dry. It is very easy to make.

Ingredients

  1. 3 bunchesseedless grapes
  2. as requiredWater

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly, remove the stems of grapes. And keep it in a bowl and wash it 3 times using clean water. Or you can add salt and gently wash it. And drain the water from grapes.

    Make sure that grapes are not soft. If the grapes are soft or any breakage is there then remove it.

    Now take a stainer and lay the grapes in it. And make sure that grapes are not overlap.

    Further, take a pan, add water and put stand on it. Once water is boiled then put stainer of grapes in it. Make sure that level of water is not touch to stainer.

    Next, cover the pan with lid for 5 minutes exactly. No more over heat. And turn off the gas.

    Furthermore add the grapes in cotton cloth for drying. One day keep grapes for drying in below fan. And next day keep it drying in sun light for 2-3 days.

    Grapes will wrinkle. Make sure that you give enough space between grapes for drying. And keep eye on grapes and change the sides of grapes for proper drying. After 3 days when grapes are fully dried then store in air tight container.
