Ingredients

5 minutes
2 persons
  1. 1ripe banana
  2. 4soaked figs (anjeer)
  3. 2 tsphoney
  4. 4soaked almonds
  5. 400 mlchilled full fat milk
  6. As neededYou can also use toned/ skim milk
  7. as required Chocolate shavings for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Start with soaking anjeer and almonds at least for 2-3 hours. Next peel the skin of the almonds.Next peel the banana and cut into slices, cut anjeer (figs) into pieces.

    In a blender jar, put all the banana slices, figs and almonds.

  3. 3

    Add honey. Adjust quantity depending upon your taste, since both banana and fig are sweet. Now add half quantity of milk and blend smooth.

    Add rest of the milk also and again blend. It's ready... transfer into glasses...

  5. 5

    Garnish with chocolate shavings and serve chilled..
