Cooking Instructions

Take all the 3 dals,wash and soak for 2 hours.

Add green chillies,garlic and ginger,grind to a smooth paste.

Take rava in a bowl,mix curd.Leave for 5 minutes.

Then add all veggies and salt.Add some water to adjust consistency.Add fruit salt and a little water to activate the fruit salt.

Pour the batter in a greased idli mould.Steam 15 minutes on medium flame.

After 15 minutes take out mould from steamer,let idlis cool down for 2 minutes.Take out and serve.

For sambhar,wash and put the tur dal in a pressure cooker.Add salt,turmeric powder,tamarind and all veggies.Add 2 cup water and pressure cook for 5-6minutes on medium flame.

Let pressure release itself,then add sambhar powder boil for 5 minutes on low flame.

Add some water to adjust consistency.Boil for 2 minutes and remove from heat.

For tempering,heat oil in a pan.Add mustard seeds,let crackle.Add red chillies and curry leaves.

Saute 5 seconds,pour over sambhar.

Instant samvhar is ready to serve.Serve hot with mix dal idli.
