Clean n wash spinach 2-3 times
boil 4 cup water blanch spinach for 4 min and remove from water
Mix all ingredients accept oil and cumin seeds and water in mixer jaar, bland smooth paste.
add water and strain, - 2
In a pan heat, oil add cumin seeds, chopped springs onions once it's crackled add griend spinach once its boiled add cream.
- remove bread sides and cut it in small cube size, roast this croutons and njoy with soup.
