Ingredients

  1. 400 grcooked beans fresh or from can
  2. 2thick slices of sourdough bread
  3. 1 tboil of choice
  4. 1small diced onion
  5. 1 clovegarlic cruched
  6. 250 mlpassata
  7. 4 tbbarbecue sauce
  8. 1 tbapple vinager
  9. 1 tb(maple) syrup
  10. 1/2veg stock cube
  11. Salt and pepper to taste
  12. Some parsley for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Cook onion and garlic in oil for about 5 min

  2. 2

    Put in passata and a little water.

  3. 3

    Put in sauce,syrup,vinager and stockcube.
    Cook for about 10 min. You might need to put in some extra water

    Meanwhile toast the bread

  5. 5

    Put in beans and heat trough.

  6. 6

    Put in the parsley

  7. 7

    Put on the toast
