Ingredients

four servings
  1. 1 cupshredded csbbage
  2. 1/2 cupspring onion
  3. 1chopped capsicum
  4. 1grated carrot
  5. 1small onion (chopped)
  6. 1 tbspchopped ginger
  7. 1chopped green chilli
  8. to taste Salt
  9. 5-6chopped garlic
  10. 1 tspred chilli powder
  11. 1 tspcoriander powder
  12. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  13. 2 tbspwheat flour for slurry
  14. 250 mloil for frying rolls
  15. 8roll sheets
  16. 1/2 tspchaat masala

Cooking Instructions

    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok,add ginger and garlic saute 1 min.

    Add chopped onion and green chilli.Saute till translucent.

  3. 3

    Add all veggies,sautefor 1 minute.Add powdered spices.Mix well.Add salt.Saute few minutes on medium flame.

    Put off flame,add chopped spring onion.Mix and leave for 5 minutes.Make slurry of wheat flour by adding some water.Keep aside.

    Take roll sheet,add 1 tbsp stuffing on roll and make roll as shown in video.

    Seal the edges of roll with the help of slurry.Prepare all rolls.

    Heat oil in a wok,fry roll on medium heat till golden

  8. 8

    Serve hot with sauce.
