Cooking Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok,add ginger and garlic saute 1 min.

Add chopped onion and green chilli.Saute till translucent.

Add all veggies,sautefor 1 minute.Add powdered spices.Mix well.Add salt.Saute few minutes on medium flame.

Put off flame,add chopped spring onion.Mix and leave for 5 minutes.Make slurry of wheat flour by adding some water.Keep aside.

Take roll sheet,add 1 tbsp stuffing on roll and make roll as shown in video.

Seal the edges of roll with the help of slurry.Prepare all rolls.

Heat oil in a wok,fry roll on medium heat till golden

Serve hot with sauce.
