  4. 2cinnamon sticks

  6. 2cardamom
  7. 1star anise

  12. 2 tspchilli powder

Cooking Instructions

    Add oil in a pan, add cinnamon sticks, cloves, cardamom, star anise, kapok buds and add onion.

    Once sauteed add mint, ginger and garlic paste and saute.

  3. 3

    Once fried add tomatoes and fry along with chilli powder.

  4. 4

    When everything is sauteed, add curd and saute, add salt and saute chicken

  5. 5

    Saute it lightly and add some water and boil it. Finally add lemon juice.

  6. 6

    Add 20 minutes soaked basmati rice along with the prepared chicken masala.

  7. 7

    Seal the cooker with lid and put the weight on. Maintain medium high flame and cook up to 1 whistle and then put it at the lowest flame setting and cook for another 10 minutes.

    Now we prepared hot and delicious chicken biriyani is ready.
