Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupall purpose flour
  2. 2 serving spoonoil for moim
  3. 1/2 cuplittle warm milk
  4. 1 pinchsindha salt
  5. 1 tspsugar
  6. For stuffing
  7. 1/2 litremilk of chena
  8. 1 tspsendha salt
  9. 1 pinchblack pepper
  10. 1 pinchcumin powder
  11. 1/4lemon juice
  12. 1 tspcoriandar powder
  13. 1 pinchred chilli powder
  14. 1 tspfennel seed
  15. Oil for deep fry
  16. 5cashew chopped
  17. 10raisins
  18. 1/4 tbsplime jouice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Firstly, in a bowl take flour add oil,salt,sugar add luck warm milk mix well. Don't make soft dough make too hard.let it rest half an hour,

  2. 2

    Crumble the paneer and add salt,red chilli powder,cumin powder, black pepper powder & coriander powder, lime Joice and mix well.

  3. 3

    Broke into pieces roll it into a thin layer like handkerchief roti put 1tbsp paneer mixture make spring roll.

    Heat medidum the oil put spring roll. keep flipping all the roll until they become crispy.
