Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspvegetable oil
  2. 2 tbspminced garlic
  3. 3 cupschicken broth
  4. 1 cupheavy whipping cream
  5. 2 tbspbutter
  6. 1/2 cupParmesan or more if wanted
  7. 1 boxDitalini pasta
  8. Salt and pepper for taste

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Cook bacon to desired crispiness

  2. 2

    Add oil, minced garlic, and pasta to pot, mix pasta to roast it for ≈5 minutes

  3. 3

    Add chicken broth to pot, frequently stir until all is absorbed

  4. 4

    Add salt and pepper, heavy whipping cream and Parmesan to pot, stir until thickened

  5. 5

    Serve topped with bacon
