An easy alternative if you don’t have an oven. Microwaving the Brussels sprouts also means much less time taken to cook it on the stove.

Ingredients

  1. Brussels sprouts
  2. 1 tspminced garlic
  3. 1 tbspAvocado oil
  4. Pink salt

Cooking Instructions

    Remove stems of Brussels sprouts, then cut them in half. Make a slit right at the bottom of each halve Brussels sprouts.

    Place Brussels sprouts in a microwave dish, cover with cling wrap and microwave on medium (800W) for 2 mins 30 secs

    Heat oil in non-stick pan. Add in minced garlic and stir-fry. Add Brussels sprouts, mix to coat with garlic and oil. Reduce heat to medium low heat and allow Brussels sprouts to char slightly. Cook for about 10 minutes, flipping occasionally.

    Seasoned and serve!
