  8. 1 tspOrganic Turmeric Powder
  9. 1 tspOrganic Coriander Powder
  10. 1 tspGaram Masala Powder
  11. 1 tspKasuri Methi
  12. Salt to Taste
  13. 1 cupOrganic Whole Wheat Flour
  14. 2 cupsWater (add gradually)

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Gradually add water to form a smooth, lump-free pourable batter (not too thick or too thin).

    Heat a pan over low-medium flame. Pour a spoonful of batter and spread evenly like a chilla. Cover and cook until the base turns golden. Flip and cook the other side until golden too.
