Today I would like to present to you a simple recipe that doesn't consume much of your time but at the same time is very refreshing and healthy. A combination of cucumber, yogurt, mint and coriander leaves makes a nutritious health drink which is highly recommended for anyone who is on a diet control and also those who have diabetes and high cholesterol.

  1. 1Cucumber
  2. 3/4 CupYogurt Curd /
  3. 1 TeaspoonMint Leaves
  4. 1 TeaspoonCoriander Leaves , picked
  5. To TasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the cucumber. Dice it. Put all the ingredients into a blender. Blend it until smooth. Pour it to a glass and enjoy the refreshment.NB: Do not add water as cucumber already contains almost 95% of water.

Simple and elegant would be the underlining statement for most of my recipes that I share here. Some of them are my own innovation and most of them straight from the kitchen where I had my first lessons of cooking, my mom's. I cook for my wonderful family and they indeed are the reason and inspiration for me to continue to always come out with a new dish.
