Ingredients

4 people
  1. 3Japanese cucumbers
  2. 3umeboshi (pickled plum)
  3. 1 pinchdried bonito flakes *
  4. 1 tbssesame oil *
  5. 1 tspsesame seed *

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel cucumbers and cut into chunks.

  2. 2

    Take pits out of umeboshi and mash them. And mix with other ingredients (*).

  3. 3

    Add cut cucumbers and mix.
