Of all the things I've cooked, this the first time I've made a proper omelette! I didn't have much cheese so I sautéed a little bacon with onion and put it inside along with fresh dill!!

I did! I was just doing scrambled eggs with different veggies before, but it's so much nicer to do in an omelette!

Good! I agree, I also cook in butter not olive oil for extra taste and a golden finish:)

I like butter too! This time I actually used the left over oil from the bacon and onions, added a little butter and then cooked the omelette. Yum!
