લાપસી (Lapsi Recipe In Gujarati)

સૌ પ્રથમ જાડા તળિયાં વાળા વાસણમાં પાણી નાંખી ઉકાળો. પછી ગોળ નાંખો. તેને ઉકળવા દો. ત્યાં સુધી લોટ માં એક ચમચી તેલ નાંખી મિક્સ કરો.

હવે પાણી ઉકળે એટલે લોટ નાંખીને બરાબર મિક્સ કરો. પછી કુકરમાં તળિયે પાણી નાંખી લાપસીનું વાસણ મૂકી ૨ -૩ સીટી લઈ લો.

હવે કુકર ખોલી જોશો તો લાપસી બફાઈ ગઈ છે તો બહાર કાઢી તેમાં જરૂર મુજબ ઘી નાંખી ચોળી લો.
